About Serge & FlavaVille

Serge’s culinary DNA is a rare blend of Bukharan and Ashkenazi traditions—a mix of Silk Road spices and soulful Eastern European heart. Since immigrating to the U.S. in 1997, he has been on a mission to bring that heritage to the Louisville food scene. FlavaVille is the result: a fusion of history, grit, and an obsession with the perfect bite.
